Ethiopia Chelchele Natural Espresso
The Chelchele Natural shows once again what perfectly prepared naturals have to offer. Intense aromas, a pronounced body, lots of sweetness and a very pleasant acidity.
The washing station is located in the Gedeb district in the south of the Yirgacheffe region. The small farmers bring their coffee cherries here immediately after picking. They are then thoroughly sorted by hand before being dried on the 360 drying beds for up to 21 days, with frequent turning.
For the best taste, we recommend letting the coffee rest for 10 days after roasting and then consuming it within 5 weeks. If you order the coffee ground, you should consume it even more quickly, as the aroma will be lost much more quickly.
